Version 2.0 - Major Feature Release

Version 2.0 introduced a broad set of foundational capabilities that still define modern IconGenerator workflows.

Update to version 2.0

If automatic updates are enabled in Preferences (F2), the application downloads and installs the new version the next time you launch it.
Otherwise, choose Help → Check for Updates and confirm when prompted to start the update process.
Let the updater complete. The application will restart with the latest version installed.

What’s New in 2.0

64-bit version - If you are using Windows 64-bit we strongly recommend you to download and install the 64-bit version of IconGenerator. Visit our website.
Custom Icons - You can create your own custom icons based on original Axialis icons. The original icon set must be activated. Custom icons are stored in SVG format in your Document folder for easier management. Custom icons can be duplicated and/or renamed. Overlays cannot be customized for now.
External Editors - You can use any external SVG editor to edit your own custom icons. Adobe Illustrator and Inkscape are automatically detected. See Preferences, tab Editors.
Inkscape 1.0 - Inkscape version 1.0 is now supported.
Font Icons - Create icon fonts for web or applications. Supported formats include SVG, OTF, EOT, WOFF and WOFF2. A CSS file and sample HTML can be generated. FontForge is required.
Axialis Pathfinder - Create icons with overlays without using masks. The icon under the overlay is clipped using the pathfinder tool for better GUI compatibility.
Dark Mode - Create dark mode icon versions with one option on compatible icon families.
Icon Display Scale - Adjust icon display scale in lists for visual comfort.
Enhanced Search - Search can be limited to activated and free sets, and icons can be located in original sets from results.
Image Caching - Faster browsing with cache controls and automatic cleanup options.
Faster Rendering - Icon rendering has been enhanced for reduced lag.
Enhanced License Management - Export/import licenses, deactivate sets, and activate multiple sets in one operation.
Command Line - Execute icon generation in batch mode from AXICP collections with full generation options.
Enhanced UI - General UI enhancements including hide/show controls for Generated Icons and Collection panels.
